Ms. Celona completed her education and training at Antioch University, where she received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Trauma Counseling. She has experience working with individuals from preschool age through adulthood. Her clinical experience includes working in a residential group home setting for children and adolescents with complex trauma histories, various DSM diagnoses, as well as behavioral and emotional difficulties in which she provided both individual and group therapy. She also has experience working in an intensive outpatient program, facilitating group therapy and providing psychoeducation to those struggling with substance abuse. Ms. Celona’s clinical interests include helping individuals with anxiety, depression, emotional difficulties, and trauma.
