Kathryn Ragonese, MSW

Ms. Kathryn Ragonese completed her education and training at Simmons College where she obtained her masters degree in Clinical Social Work. Ms. Ragonese has served as a clinician in residential care facilities for adolescents experiencing significant trauma as well as older adults in adult day health centers coping with a multitude of experiences. Ms. Ragonese specializes in trauma-informed care in both crisis support and therapeutic programming. Her work experience includes implementing individual, family and group therapy, crisis management, psychoeducation and case management to adolescents including survivors of complex trauma.

Ms. Ragonese is trained in sensory motor arousal regulation therapy utilized to explore regulating experiences for children and their caregivers with the aim of nurturing healing and growth. Ms. Ragonese’s clinical experience includes working with adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, complex trauma, mood-related disorders as well as being an active ally for adolescents exploring and entering the LGBTQ+ community.
