
Aidan Leonard earned his M.Ed. and Ed.S. in School Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a Massachusetts-licensed School Counselor (K–12). He has experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults in school settings, as the Recovery Coordinator at UMass Amherst, and as the Director of Mental Health Programs at a residential summer camp. Aidan is passionate about building meaningful relationships with young people and helping them navigate academic, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. He strives to create supportive spaces where students feel understood, empowered, and capable of growth. His approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused practices.
