Stephanie Crowley, LICSW, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker on the Psychology Team at Domingos & Associates. She brings a background in clinical social work, trauma focused care, and behavioral health to her work with children, adolescents, and families. Her clinical experience includes working with Veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs as well as providing outpatient counseling to individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, adjustment, relationships, and other life challenges.

Stephanie is certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and has particular experience working with trauma, including sexual trauma. She believes that counseling should feel like a safe place where young people can be themselves, feel understood, and learn skills that they can use both in and outside of therapy. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths based. She draws from cognitive behavioral strategies, trauma informed care, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and other approaches depending on the individual needs of each student.

She enjoys working with young people and helping them build confidence, understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges at school, at home, and in their relationships. She also values working closely with families and school teams when appropriate so that students have support across the different parts of their lives.

Originally from Cape Cod, Stephanie has also lived in Ireland and enjoys learning about different people, places, and perspectives. Outside of work, she loves spending time at the beach, watercolor painting, and being with her dog.
