Dr. Lauren Patterson is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes working with children, adolescents, and their families. Utilizing a strengths-based approach, her interventions include child-centered play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). She specializes working with children who have a diagnosis of Autism, learning disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Most of Dr. Patterson’s training has focused on treating high-risk youth and conducting diagnostic psychological evaluations. Advocating for the child’s and family’s needs, she has worked in residential schools in Massachusetts. She is passionate about fostering stronger family relationships by building on their current skills and natural strengths.
